We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for any violation of this AUP.
3. Payments and Billing
Billing Cycles: Our Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually), as selected by you.
Payment Methods: You agree to provide valid and current payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.
Cancellations: You may cancel your account at any time. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available on our website.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Services if a payment is not made on time.
4. Service Availability and Data
Service Uptime: While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance which may result in temporary service downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vorahost, its affiliates, and its employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of or inability to use the Services.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vorahost harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration.
